Slander Is My Favorite Flavor

So are you guys curious about my most recent project? This is a stirefoam replica of the bean (cloud gate) in down town Chicago.

This baby is going to be brushed with over 30 layers of chocolate, then decorated with half a million jelly belly jelly beans, replicating the chicago skyline.

Once everything sets, it will be cut into sections and removed from the foam, and then re assembled at its destination (the french pastry schools “for the love of chocolate” event on feb. 25th.)

Once put together it will be filled with about 3 million jelly belly jelly beans for guests to crack into at the end of the night.

My team and I have our work cut out for us.
